New Trier votes for Democrats.
โฆbut this wasnโt always so!
Much of our township was represented by Republicans at the state and federal level for a hundred years. Through tough organizing, countless conversations, phone calls, and events, recruitment of outstanding candidates, and old-fashioned hard work, New Trier has become a Democratic stronghold in the state of Illinois.
We take nothing for granted.
We believe the Democratic Party shares our vision for our country and shares the values of our community. Thatโs why, every election and every primary, New Trier Democrats are keeping busy, working hard, and listening to our neighbors in constant effort to earn our Democratic majorities.
We believe in a government that is fair, honest, responsive, effective, & compassionate
